Why an Apprenticeship with DHBVN Matters
An apprenticeship with a state power utility gives young people practical experience in power distribution and line maintenance, which is useful for later government and private sector jobs in the electricity sector. Electrician and Lineman apprentices learn how distribution lines, poles and supply systems are maintained, while the COPA apprentice gains computer and office experience. For ITI holders in Haryana, this is a direct route to a year of structured training with a government utility.
