HSSC CET Scorecard Download 2026: Valid for 3 Years, How to Download and Use It for Group C/D

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) conducted the CET Group C examination on 26–27 July 2025 — around 13.47 lakh candidates appeared at 1,350 examination centres. The scorecard was released on 5 December 2025, and the detailed result followed on 16 April 2026. This scorecard is valid for 3 years — which means you can apply for Haryana’s Group C recruitments with the same score until December 2028, without taking the CET again.

The only official portal to download the scorecard is cet2025groupc.hryssc.com — you log in with your CET Registration Number or registered mobile number and the password you used to download the CET 2025 admit card. If you have forgotten the password, you can create a new one with an OTP sent to your mobile or email. The portal is live today (7 November 2026) — we checked it ourselves.

On this page you will find everything about the CET scorecard — what it contains, the 3-year validity rule, step-by-step download instructions, qualifying marks and cut-offs, how the score works for Group C and Group D, the Group 25 final result and the 28 October 2026 corrigendum, and what to do if you lose your password or scorecard.

What Is the CET Scorecard and What Does It Contain?

The CET (Common Eligibility Test) is the first step for Group C and Group D recruitment in Haryana — it is not a recruitment in itself, but an eligibility test. Only after clearing the CET are you called for the second stage (skill test or written examination) of departmental recruitments.

Your scorecard carries:

  • Your name, roll number and CET Registration Number
  • Exam date and shift
  • Marks obtained — normalised marks out of 100 (normalisation balances papers across different shifts)
  • Category-wise status and qualifying status — whether you have qualified or not
  • Cut-off related information

Note: The scorecard is your proof of eligibility for 3 years — download it, keep it safe, and also take a printout. The same score will be asked for in the second stage of recruitment.

How Long Is the CET Score Valid? The 3-Year Rule

The Haryana Government notified the “Recruitment to Group C and D posts through Common Eligibility Test (CET) Policy, 2024” on 31 December 2024 (amended on 11 July 2025). Under this policy:

  • A CET score remains valid for 3 years from the date the result is declared.
  • This CET’s scorecard was released on 5 December 2025, so the score stays valid till December 2028.
  • If you improve your score in a later CET attempt, a fresh 3-year validity starts from the date of that new result.
  • There is no limit on the number of attempts — you can appear for the CET as many times as you like.

The two dates, explained — not hidden: Some websites write “result 5 December 2025” and others write “16 April 2026” — both are correct, but for different things. The result and scorecard were released on 5 December 2025; the roll-number-wise detailed result (PDF) was released on 16 April 2026. Validity is counted from the first declaration (5 December 2025) — which is why this page states validity till December 2028.

How to Download the CET Scorecard — Step by Step

  1. Open the official portal cet2025groupc.hryssc.com (or go to the result link from hssc.gov.in).
  2. Enter your CET Registration No. or Registered Mobile No.
  3. Enter the same password you used while downloading the CET 2025 admit card.
  4. Click Login — your scorecard will appear on the screen.
  5. Download the scorecard as a PDF and take a printout for safekeeping.

If you have forgotten your password:

  • On the login page, click “Forgot your Password / CET Reg. No.?”
  • Enter your CET Registration Number or registered mobile number and click Submit.
  • An OTP will arrive on your mobile (if it does not, press Resend or use “Click here to get OTP on email” to get the OTP on email).
  • Enter the OTP, create a new password and confirm it — then log in with the new password.

If there is an error in your scorecard: Grievances about the result (dated 05.12.2025) could be submitted only through the online link given on the portal cet2025groupc.hryssc.com — HSSC made it clear that no other method would be accepted.

Qualifying Marks and Cut-Offs

The CET is a qualifying examination — clearing it is not enough by itself; your marks also matter for the call to the second stage.

Category Minimum qualifying marks (out of 100)
General category 50 marks (50%)
Reserved categories (SC / BC / other reserved) 40 marks (40%)
  • Call for the second stage: Candidates are called for departmental recruitments in the ratio of 10 times the number of posts (earlier it was 4 times).
  • Final merit: The final merit list adds socio-economic criteria marks and experience marks to the CET score — each recruitment advertisement states this clearly.
  • Different rule for Group D: Group D recruitment is now based 100% on CET marks — the 5% weightage for socio-economic criteria has been removed (amendment to the Group D Employees Act).

How the Scorecard Works for Group C and Group D

For Group C recruitments: This scorecard is your proof of eligibility for Group C posts — such as Clerk, Steno-Typist, Junior Accountant, Gram Sachiv, Patwari, Junior Engineer, Pharmacist and Supervisor. More than 15,000 Group C vacancies under Advt. 01/2025 are linked to this CET. When a department advertises posts, only CET-qualified candidates can apply for its second stage.

For Group D — read this carefully: Group D has a separate CET examination. A Group C scorecard cannot substitute for the Group D CET. The Group D CET (Advt. 01/2026) will be conducted by NTA on 21–22 November 2026 — morning shift 10:00–11:45 AM and evening shift 3:00–4:45 PM. Full details are on our CET Group D tracker: HSSC CET Group D Exam Date 2026: 21–22 November, City Slip, Admit Card.

Group 25 Final Result — 23 October 2026 and the 28 October Corrigendum

The most recent CET-linked result is for Group 25 (Advt. 08/2024, 973 posts — Scientific Assistant, Analyst, Lab Assistant and others).

Date What happened
23 October 2026 HSSC declared the final result of Group 25 — with selected roll numbers, post allocation and category-wise cut-offs
28 October 2026 After examining candidates’ grievances, a revised result corrigendum was issued — changing some candidates’ post allocation, category and cut-offs

The corrigendum changed 12 allocations, changed 2 candidates’ categories and removed 3 roll numbers (8242500033, 8242500139, 8242500173) — because the cut-off shifted. If your roll number was in the 23 October result, treat the 28 October corrigendum as final and re-check your roll number in it.

Cut-offs for some key posts (as per the revised result):

Post code Category Cut-off (marks)
202 UR 69.225
209 UR 62.4
207 UR 54.6
205 UR 48.75
211 UR (OH) 39

Both PDFs — the 23 October final result and the 28 October corrigendum — can be downloaded from the Results section of hssc.gov.in.

Common Problems with the Scorecard or Password

  • Portal not opening: First check hssc.gov.in — if that also has trouble, try again after some time; logging in needs only your registration number and password, and there is no fee.
  • “Registration number incorrect”: Enter the same registration number that was on your CET 2025 admit card; you can also log in with your mobile number — try whichever you remember.
  • OTP not arriving: Press Resend first; then try the option to get the OTP on email; use only your registered mobile number.
  • Scorecard not downloading: If the scorecard does not appear after login, try a different browser or try again after some time — this happens when the server is under heavy load.
  • When is the next CET? The date of the next CET examination has not been announced yet — this page will be updated as soon as it is declared.
