Haryana D.El.Ed / JBT Admission 2027: Notification Not Out Yet

SCERT Haryana has not yet issued any notification for D.El.Ed (JBT) admission 2027-29 — a live check of scertharyana.gov.in on 7 November 2026 found no notice for 2027-29; the newest D.El.Ed session on the site is still 2026-28. This is a two-year diploma for young people who want to become teachers in Haryana’s government primary schools — there is no entrance exam, and selection is made on Class 12 marks. Going by the previous session’s pattern, the notification is expected in November–December 2026 and online applications in May 2027 — both are estimates, not official dates.

This watch page brings together the latest 2027-29 status, the full schedule of the previous 2026-28 session, eligibility, fees, documents and the complete application process in one place — the page will be updated the moment the notification arrives, so bookmark it.

D.El.Ed stands for Diploma in Elementary Education — in Haryana it is also called JBT (Junior Basic Training). The course trains teachers for Classes 1 to 8, and after completing it you must clear HTET (Level 1) to become eligible for government primary teacher recruitment. Admission and online counselling are the responsibility of SCERT Haryana, Gurugram, while the D.El.Ed examinations are conducted by the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani.

The D.El.Ed Admission page carries tables only for 2026-28, 2025-27 and 2024-26.

  • No 2027-29 link on dedharyana.org either — the portal still shows information only from earlier sessions.
  • Clear warning: do not trust any site claiming “2027-29 applications open” or a firm date until a notice appears on scertharyana.gov.in or dedharyana.org. This page prints only what was seen on the official site.
