Haryana NEET UG Special Stray Round 2026: MBBS Special Stray and BDS 5th Round, Registration and Choice Locking by 7 November

Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, has opened the Haryana NEET UG Special Stray Round 2026 for MBBS courses and the fifth round for BDS courses. Registration, editing and choice filling for this round are open from 3 November to 7 November 2026, with the window closing at 11:59 pm on 7 November. Candidates seeking an MBBS or BDS seat in Haryana through state counselling must complete their registration and lock their choices within this window, as the schedule leaves no separate extension for this round.

The round follows the university’s counselling schedule issued on 3 November 2026. It is described as a special stray round for MBBS and the fifth round for BDS, and it comes after the earlier stray rounds of Haryana NEET UG counselling. A special stray round is typically held to fill seats that remain vacant after the regular and stray rounds, so candidates who are still without a seat, and those eligible to participate under the counselling rules, should treat this as a final opportunity in this admission cycle rather than waiting for a further round. The official counselling portal for Haryana NEET UG is uhsrugcounselling.com, and candidates should use only the official portal and the official notification for every date and instruction in this story.

After the registration and choice-filling window closes on 7 November, the schedule moves quickly. Seat allocation for this round is dated 10 November 2026. Candidates who are allotted a seat must then pay the admission fee between 10 and 14 November 2026, with the fee window closing at 5 pm on 14 November. Document verification is scheduled for 15 November 2026 at the Sushruta Auditorium in Rohtak, and candidates must report for joining by 4 pm on 16 November 2026. Missing any of these steps — allocation, fee payment, verification or joining — can cost a candidate the allotted seat, so the full schedule should be noted at the time of choice filling, not after allocation.

Candidates should read the official notification carefully before applying, because eligibility, the list of participating colleges, seat availability and the documents required at verification are all governed by that notification and by the counselling rules, not by summaries or forwarded messages. Keep the registration details, choice list and payment receipt saved, carry original documents along with their copies for verification at Rohtak, and re-check the official portal for any correction or update to the schedule. For any doubt about eligibility or documents, the university’s counselling authority and the official portal remain the final word, and no date from any other listing should be treated as final until it matches the official schedule.

Next Action: Complete registration and choice filling on the official Haryana NEET UG counselling portal before 11:59 pm on 7 November 2026, and keep 10 November (allocation), 14 November (fee deadline, 5 pm), 15 November (verification, Rohtak) and 16 November (joining, 4 pm) marked.
