Haryana Weather November 2: Sunny Dry Days and Cooler Nights as Winter Sets In

Haryana is set for largely sunny and dry weather on Monday, November 2, with daytime temperatures near 30 to 31 degrees Celsius and night temperatures falling to around 17 degrees. The outlook points to clear skies across most of the state, a sign that winter is gradually setting in after the recent wet spell.

Forecasts for the start of the week show a mainly dry pattern. Jind is expected to see a sunny day on November 2 with a high of about 30 degrees and a low near 17 degrees, and a similar day is expected on November 3. Other forecast models also put the state’s highs in the 29 to 31 degree range, with clear skies and only a small chance of rain on November 2.

The India Meteorological Department has indicated that rainfall activity is easing across north India, with clearer skies and falling night temperatures over Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. Isolated showers remain possible over Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on November 2, but any such spell is expected to be limited rather than widespread, and the broader picture for the coming days is dry.

That dry window is welcome news at a busy time in the fields. With paddy arrivals still coming into mandis and the rabi sowing season under way, a stretch of clear weather helps harvesting, transport and drying. The longer outlook also remains largely dry, with no rainy days expected in the state’s 14-day forecast, although temperatures will gradually ease as November progresses.

Residents can expect pleasant days and noticeably cooler nights through the first week of November. Mornings will feel cooler than in recent weeks, and the gap between day and night temperatures will widen as winter approaches. Anyone planning travel or outdoor work should still keep an eye on the daily forecast, since isolated showers cannot be ruled out entirely on November 2.
