The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani, has given Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2025 candidates another chance to complete their pending biometric verification. Candidates whose results are marked RLV, which stands for Result Late due to Verification, can complete the process on 6 and 7 November 2026 at the Board headquarters in Bhiwani. The Board has made it clear that candidates who do not complete biometric verification within this window will not have their HTET 2025 results declared, so for affected candidates this is a deadline that cannot be treated casually.

The opportunity is aimed at two groups of candidates. The first group covers candidates who received only one or two earlier chances to complete biometric verification and whose result status is still marked RLV because the verification remains incomplete. The second group covers candidates who were given three earlier opportunities but remained absent on all of them. Those candidates can also complete the process on 6 and 7 November, but they must first submit a written representation explaining their absence in Room Number 28 at the Board headquarters in Bhiwani, and pay the prescribed fee or penalty mentioned in the HTET information bulletin by 6 November 2026. Candidates in this group should therefore reach Bhiwani in good time rather than arriving only at the verification counter.

This is not the first verification window the Board has offered. HTET 2025 was conducted in July 2026 and its results were declared in August 2026, after which the Board gave candidates opportunities to complete biometric verification on 10 to 12 August, on 30 and 31 August, and again on 4 October 2026. The new window on 6 and 7 November follows a public notice issued by the Board on 23 October 2026, and it is presented as a further opportunity for candidates who are still stuck at the verification stage. The repeated windows show that the Board has tried to clear the backlog, but they also underline that the process must be completed in person at Bhiwani and cannot be finished online from home.

Candidates going to Bhiwani should carry the documents the Board has asked for. They must take their original identity card and their original admit card bearing their photograph, since the verification is a biometric match against the record created at the examination stage. Candidates who missed all three earlier opportunities should also carry their written representation for Room Number 28 and proof of the fee or penalty payment, where applicable. It is advisable to reach the Board headquarters early in the day, keep photocopies of the identity proof and admit card ready, and check the official Board website, bseh.org.in, for any last-minute instructions before travelling.

The stakes for candidates are straightforward. Biometric verification is the step that stands between an RLV result and a declared result, and without it the result remains withheld even if the candidate appeared for the examination and qualified on merit. Candidates who are unsure whether their result is marked RLV should check their result status on the official portal before travelling, and those who are eligible should use the 6 and 7 November window rather than waiting for another announcement, since the Board has not promised a further date. For Haryana’s aspiring teachers, completing this one formality at Bhiwani on either of the two days is the final step to getting their HTET 2025 result declared.
