Haryana IICA Manesar Recruitment 2026: 3 Posts Up to Rs 100000 Salary, Apply by 21 November
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, known as IICA, has opened applications for three contractual posts at its Manesar campus in Gurugram district of Haryana, offering monthly consolidated pay of up to Rs 1,00,000. The vacancies are in the institute’s Centre for Excellence in CSR and Corporate Citizenship, and the vacancy circular is dated 30 October 2026. Applications must reach the institute on or before 21 November 2026, and each post has its own separate online application form linked from the official website, iica.nic.in. Late applications will not be entertained.
The three posts are Senior Research Associate, Chief Program Executive and Project Assistant, with one vacancy in each. The Senior Research Associate post carries a monthly consolidated pay of Rs 75,000, the Chief Program Executive post carries Rs 1,00,000 a month, and the Project Assistant post carries Rs 40,000 a month. The Senior Research Associate post falls under the IICA project, while the Chief Program Executive and Project Assistant posts fall under the WNS Project. The pay is consolidated, which means allowances such as dearness allowance, transport allowance, house rent allowance, leave travel concession and medical facilities are not admissible in addition to it.
The eligibility conditions differ sharply from post to post, so applicants should match themselves carefully to one post. The Senior Research Associate needs a full-time postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Statistics or a field related to CSR and sustainability, needs assessment or impact evaluation, along with three to five years of general experience in CSR and sustainability and proven research and report-writing skills. The Chief Program Executive needs a master’s degree in management, commerce, economics, finance, social sciences, environmental studies or a related field, together with ten to fifteen years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG or corporate citizenship roles. The Project Assistant post is built around articleship of CA, CS or ICWA, with exposure to CSR or sustainability, and requires strong MS Office and Excel skills and a willingness to travel to field areas across India.
The maximum age for all three posts is up to 63 years as on the closing date, which may be relaxed only in the case of an exceptional candidate, and the closing date is also the crucial date for judging eligibility. The engagement is purely contractual, initially for one year, and may be extended depending on performance and the requirement of the institute or project. Selection will be through screening and shortlisting by a selection committee, after which shortlisted candidates will be called for a presentation or interview at the IICA campus in Manesar or through video conference, on a date and time communicated separately. No travelling or daily allowance is payable for attending the interview, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Applicants must attach self-attested copies of their certificates with the form, since an application without the required documents can be rejected.
