India Textiles PLI Scheme Round 4: Applications Open November 1 to December 31 with Lower Turnover Limit
The Ministry of Textiles will reopen the Production Linked Incentive scheme portal for textiles from November 1 to December 31 2026 for Round 4 applications, lowering the Part 2 minimum turnover requirement from Rs 200 crore to Rs 100 crore.
