Candidates with an MBA (HR) and at least 11 years of post-qualification HR experience can apply online till 2 December 2026. Selection will be through an interview only. The pay scale is Rs 70,000–2,00,000, along with DA, allowances, PRP, medical benefits, HRA/lease, PF and gratuity.
The 3 posts are divided as UR 1, OBC-NCL 1 and ST 1 (1 PwBD on a horizontal basis, carried forward). Candidates must hold an MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent (in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MHROD), or an MBA with specialisation in HR/Personnel Management. A minimum of 11 years of post-qualification HR experience is required. Candidates need 60% marks in the minimum qualification (UR/EWS) or 50% (reserved categories). Candidates from private or other pay scales must have a CTC of at least Rs 25.90 LPA; for CDA/IDA candidates, 2 years in the Rs 60,000–1,80,000 IDA scale or Level-11 CDA scale is required.
