The Haryana Fisheries Department, Panchkula, has opened 20 Clerk (Group-C) posts, but this is not an open recruitment for the general public. The posts are filled on deputation, which means only employees who are already working as a Clerk, or in an equivalent post, on a regular basis in a Haryana government department, board, corporation or authority can apply. The notification was issued on October 23, 2026, and applications close on November 21, 2026, at 5 pm. The deputation is for one year, or until a Clerk is appointed through direct recruitment, whichever is earlier. There is no application fee, and applications are submitted offline through the applicant’s parent department. The pay scale for the post is Rs 21,700 under Functional Pay Level 3. Applicants must have passed Class 12 and hold at least two years of experience as a Clerk in state or central government service. Passing the State Eligibility Test in Computers (SETC), as prescribed by the Haryana government, is mandatory. Selection will be made only after a No Objection Certificate is issued by the applicant’s parent department. The grading of the applicant’s Annual Confidential Reports or Annual Performance Appraisal Reports for the last 10 years must be at least 70 percent, or for the total period served as a Clerk if that is shorter. The applicant’s integrity and vigilance clearance must be beyond doubt, with no charge sheet or vigilance inquiry pending and no order withholding an annual increment in force for the previous five years. Serving clerks who meet these conditions should read the full notification, obtain the clearance from their parent department in time, and submit the offline application before the November 21 deadline, since the department has made clear that this window is open only to serving government clerks and not to fresh applicants.
