The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has invited applications for 5 Young Professional posts on a contractual basis, under Advertisement No. ICSI/YPCFC/56/2026. Please note — the posting is in Haryana: Central Facility Centres (CRC/C-PACE/CSC/CPC), IICA, Plot No. 6, 7, 8, Sec-5, IMT Manesar, near Gurugram, Haryana – 122050. Qualified Company Secretaries (ICSI Members) can apply online till 20 November 2026.
The salary is Rs 75,000 per month in the first year, Rs 80,000 in the second year and Rs 85,000 in the third year (consolidated). The contract is for a maximum of 3 years (initially 1 year, with yearly extension). Candidates will also get Rs 2,500 per day extra for attending office on Sundays or holidays.
Candidates must be Members of ICSI (qualified Company Secretaries). Post-qualification experience of up to 1 year will be considered, and candidates with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience will be given preference. Training that was part of the CS curriculum will not be counted as experience. The maximum age limit is 32 years as on 1 November 2026 (the contract will end at the age of 35 years, if it comes earlier). The official notification does not mention any application fee.
