Haryana Voter List SIR 2026: Final List on 30 November — Check Whether Your Name Is There
Haryana’s final voter list will be published on 30 November 2026. The Election Commission of India (ECI) fixed this date in its revised schedule issued on 29 October 2026 — the disposal of claims and objections will continue till 20 November 2026. If your name was left out of the draft list, printed wrong, or you are registering as a voter for the first time, now is the time to file the form — only a name in the final list published after 30 November gives you the right to vote. This guide brings together the online name-check method, the complete Form 6/7/8 process, the documents needed and the helpline — all in one place.

What is SIR? What has happened in Haryana so far
SIR stands for Special Intensive Revision — a complete verification and correction of the electoral roll. The Election Commission launched the third phase of SIR on 14 May 2026 across 19 states and Union Territories. In Haryana, BLOs went door to door in June–July 2026 collecting enumeration forms, after which the draft voter list was published.
- Original schedule: the final list was due on 22 September 2026.
- First revision (29 August 2026): the date was pushed to 6 November 2026.
- Second revision (29 October 2026): the notice phase and disposal of claims and objections were extended till 20 November, and the final list will now be published on 30 November 2026.
- Notices: according to the CEO Haryana’s office, 44,91,923 notices have been issued so far — to voters whose names could not be mapped or whose details showed discrepancies.
- Special drive on 7–8 October: 57,339 pending hearing cases were disposed of in the three-day drive; even after that, about 2,85,834 cases remained pending — which is why the date was extended again.
- Special camps: the Election Commission has announced special camps to help voters whose names were left out of the draft lists.
Remember: holding a voter ID card is not enough — your name must appear in the current voter list for you to vote.
How to check your name in the voter list (online, 2 minutes)
Method 1 — By EPIC number (most reliable)
- Open the official portal voters.eci.gov.in.
- Select “Search in Electoral Roll”.
- Choose Haryana as the state, enter your EPIC number (printed on your voter ID card) and fill the captcha.
- Your name, Assembly constituency, part number and polling station will be shown.
Method 2 — By name and details
If you do not have the EPIC number, search with your name, father’s/husband’s name, age or date of birth, gender, state, district and Assembly constituency.
Method 3 — By mobile number
If your mobile number is linked to your voter record, you can search with an OTP.
Method 4 — Download the PDF electoral roll (e-Roll)
- On voters.eci.gov.in, open “PDF E-Roll”, choose Haryana, then your district and Assembly constituency to download the full list as a PDF.
- Press Ctrl+F in the PDF to find your name.
- The SIR draft list can also be seen on the CEO Haryana website.
Method 5 — Voter Helpline app
The ECI’s ‘Voter Helpline’ app (Android and iOS) offers the same facilities — name search, form filing and e-EPIC download.
Name missing or wrong? Form 6, 7 and 8
| Form | For | When to file |
|---|---|---|
| Form 6 | Registering as a voter for the first time — adding a name | Young voters who turned 18 on 1 January 2026; also if your name was left out |
| Form 7 | Objecting to a wrong entry / getting a name deleted | When a wrong entry is found |
| Form 8 | Correcting name, address, photo or other details; shifting address within a constituency; replacing a voter card | As soon as an error is noticed |
Steps to file a form online:
- Log in to voters.eci.gov.in (mobile number + OTP).
- Select the right form (6/7/8).
- Fill in the details and upload the required documents.
- On submission you will get a reference number — save it; it is used to track the application status.
Offline method: get the form from your area’s BLO, or submit it at the ERO/AERO office or a special camp.
Left-out voters get another chance — return through the enumeration form
On 7 November 2026, the Election Commission announced that voters excluded from the SIR draft — marked Absent, Shifted, Dead or Duplicate (ASDD) — will get another chance. Such voters do not need Form 6 or Form 8; instead they must submit an enumeration form along with a declaration explaining their circumstances.
- A partially filled enumeration form (name, EPIC number, address, Assembly constituency and photograph) can be generated afresh from the ECI website or the ECINET app using the existing EPIC number.
- Voters will have to trace their own, a parent’s or a close relative’s name in the 2002 electoral roll — the last time an SIR was conducted.
- Online submission through ECINET using e-sign is also permitted.
- Those who have already submitted Form 6 during the revision period do not need to submit another form — their applications are already being processed.
Documents needed to file a form
- Proof of age: birth certificate, Class 10 marksheet/certificate, Aadhaar card, passport or driving licence (any one)
- Proof of address: Aadhaar card, electricity/water bill, bank passbook, passport or rent agreement (any one)
- Photograph: a recent passport-size photo
- Old voter card: EPIC number/card copy for corrections or address change
- Declaration: for left-out voters (see above) — a written declaration about your circumstances
No fee: voter registration and correction are free. If anyone demands money, complain to the BLO or the ERO office.

- Log in to voters.eci.gov.in.
- Select “E-EPIC Download”.
- Enter the EPIC number or form reference number, choose the state and search.
