Faridabad: The Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), Faridabad, has announced a walk-in interview for one Staff Nurse post on a short-term, project-based contract. The walk-in will be held on 13 November 2026 at 9:00 am, and the selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs 35,000 per month. The vacancy is advertised under Rolling Recruitment Notice No. THS/RN/02/2026/10-II, and there is no online application form for this post — candidates must attend the walk-in in person.

The post is linked to a multicentric research project on evaluating Indian population-specific tools for estimating gestational age during antenatal care. THSTI is an autonomous institute of the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC), under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, and it is located at the NCR Biotech Science Cluster on the Faridabad-Gurugram Expressway. The project work involves clinical and antenatal-care settings, which is why nursing experience in a relevant field is part of the eligibility conditions.

For eligibility, a candidate must hold a B.Sc. (Nursing) degree from a recognised university, or a GNM qualification from a recognised university with at least one year of experience in a relevant field. Experience of clinical training in antenatal care is relevant to this project role. The upper age limit is 35 years. Age, experience and essential qualification will all be judged as on the date of the interview, which is the crucial date under the notice, so candidates should check that they meet every condition on 13 November itself.

Selection will be through a written test, skill test or interview at the walk-in. Candidates must report by 9:00 am at THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, 3rd Milestone, Faridabad-Gurugram Expressway, Faridabad – 121001, and late arrivals will not be entertained. Candidates will be asked to deposit their phone and a valid identity proof at the reception, and both will be returned only after the selection process ends. The appointment is short-term and project-based, and those appointed will have no claim for regularisation of employment. All results and notifications for this recruitment will be published only on the THSTI website, and communications will be made by email, so candidates should verify every detail in the official notification on thsti.res.in and the THSTI recruitment portal before attending.
