Haryana Board Exams 2027: Class 10 and 12 Applications Open Till 26 November Without Late Fee
Students and parents in Haryana have an important date to note, with the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani, opening online applications for the Secondary and Senior Secondary annual examinations to be held in February and March 2027. Applications have been live since 30 October 2026, and forms filed by 26 November 2026 will carry no late fee at all. The board has advised schools to complete the process well within this window, since a late fee will apply after 26 November and no application will be accepted after the final deadline.
The application process covers regular students of Class 10 and Class 12. It applies to students of government and non-government schools with permanent or temporary recognition, as well as students of Gurukuls and Vidyapeeths. One point that students and parents must understand clearly is that students do not fill the form themselves: the head of the school files the application through a login link on the board’s official website, bseh.org.in. Students and parents should therefore stay in touch with their school and confirm that the form has actually been submitted, rather than assuming it has been done.
The late fee schedule is graded, and missing the first deadline gets progressively more expensive. Applications filed from 27 to 30 November 2026 will attract a late fee of Rs 100, while applications from 1 to 4 December will carry a late fee of Rs 300. From 5 to 8 December, the late fee rises to Rs 1000. The board has made it clear that after 8 December, no application will be accepted under any circumstances, so the portal will close completely for this examination cycle. Schools that leave forms to the last days also risk portal congestion, which is another reason to finish early.
Accuracy matters as much as timing when the forms are filled. The school head must enter each student’s name, class, subjects and other details carefully, because later documents connected with the examination are prepared from exactly this information. Any error can mean extra time and a separate correction process later, so checking the details before submission is the safest course. Parents are advised to ask the school for confirmation that their child’s form has been submitted and to keep that confirmation safely with them for future reference.
The examination dates were announced by board chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopad, and the board has confirmed that the Class 10 and Class 12 annual examinations will be held in February and March 2027 as per the usual schedule. Further details, including the detailed date sheet and admit card information, will be released on the board’s official website in due course, and students should rely only on official board notices for such updates. The clear message for now is simple: get the application completed before 26 November, without any late fee, and avoid the higher slabs and the hard stop on 8 December.
