UP UPSSSC Junior Assistant Typing Test Admit Card 2026 Out for November 13 to 26 Skill Test
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the admit card for the Junior Assistant typing test, the next stage of its Junior Assistant recruitment under Advertisement Number 12-Exam/2024. Candidates who qualified in the Junior Assistant Main Examination can now download their hall tickets from the Commission’s official website, upsssc.gov.in, and check the date, time and venue allotted for their test. The typing test, also described as the skill test, is scheduled to run from 13 November 2026 to 26 November 2026.
The admit card was released on 3 November 2026, and it is a mandatory document for every candidate called for this round. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof to the examination centre, and they are advised to reach the centre well before the reporting time printed on their hall ticket. The Commission has made the download available through the candidate login on its portal, where applicants need their registration number and password to access the document.
This recruitment began with the Junior Assistant Main Examination, for which admit cards were issued in January 2026 and the written examination was held on 1 February 2026. The result of the Main Examination was declared on 15 September 2026, and candidates who cleared that stage have now been shortlisted for the typing and skill test. According to the Commission’s updates, 46,282 candidates have qualified for this round, which will be conducted over nearly two weeks to accommodate the large number of applicants across examination centres in Uttar Pradesh.
The typing test is a qualifying skill test in the selection process for Junior Assistant posts, which are clerical and assistant-level positions in Uttar Pradesh government departments. After the skill test, the remaining stages of the process include document verification and medical examination, as per the Commission’s recruitment schedule. Candidates should therefore treat the typing test as a decisive step: a strong performance here keeps their candidature alive for the final merit and appointment stages, while failure to appear on the allotted date would mean missing the round altogether.
Candidates downloading the admit card should check every detail on it carefully — their name, roll number, photograph, test date, reporting time and centre address — and contact the Commission through its official channels if any detail does not match their application. They should also read the instructions printed on the hall ticket about what to carry and what is not allowed inside the centre, and keep a copy of the admit card safe until the entire recruitment process is complete. The official website upsssc.gov.in remains the only authentic source for the admit card link, test schedule and any further notice about this recruitment, and candidates should avoid relying on unofficial links shared on social media.
