Haryana Weather November 3: Sunny and Dry Day Ahead No Rain Alert as Winter Chill Grows
Haryana is set for a sunny and dry day on Tuesday, November 3, with no rain alert for the state. The India Meteorological Department expects largely clear skies across Haryana, continuing the dry spell that has marked the start of November, and residents can plan outdoor work and travel without worrying about wet weather.
Daytime temperatures are expected to stay around 30 to 32 degrees Celsius over most parts of the state, with the northern districts of Panchkula, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra and Karnal slightly cooler at 28 to 30 degrees. Night temperatures will dip to around 16 to 17 degrees in most areas, and to 14 to 16 degrees in parts of the state, so mornings and evenings will feel distinctly cool even though afternoons remain warm and sunny.
The dry outlook is not limited to a single day. The IMD’s extended forecast for Haryana says no significant rainfall is likely over the state through November 5, and its seven-day outlook keeps Haryana dry from November 2 to 8. That means farmers and households alike can expect a stable run of clear weather, with sunshine during the day and a gradual build-up of winter chill at night.
People stepping out early in the morning should still be prepared for a cool start to the day. Light woollens will be comfortable in the early morning and after sunset, while light clothing will do during the sunny afternoon hours. Isolated shallow fog has been reported in parts of neighbouring Punjab during early morning hours, so drivers on early-morning routes should stay cautious even though no fog warning has been issued for Haryana itself.
Overall, November 3 looks like a pleasant, settled autumn day for Haryana: bright sunshine, no rain, warm afternoons and cool nights. The weather department expects temperatures to remain near normal for this time of year, with winter slowly tightening its grip as November advances.
