Haryana Sainik School Rewari Recruitment 2026: 5 Posts Apply by November 6
Sainik School Rewari in Haryana has invited applications for five contractual posts, giving medical, nursing, counselling and physical education professionals a chance to work at the residential school at Gothra Ahir in Rewari district. The recruitment, notified on 17 October 2026, covers one vacancy each in five roles, and the completed application must reach the school by 6 November 2026 up to 5 pm.
The five posts are Medical Officer, PEM/PTI-cum-Matron (female), Nursing Assistant (male), Counsellor and PGT (Physical Education). All five vacancies are unreserved. The engagement is contractual for an initial period of one year, comprising eleven serving months and a one-month break, and it may be extended annually up to a maximum of three years subject to performance and institutional requirements.
Consolidated monthly pay differs by post. The Medical Officer will receive Rs 84,960, the PGT (Physical Education) Rs 76,160, the Counsellor Rs 71,840, the PEM/PTI-cum-Matron Rs 46,720 and the Nursing Assistant Rs 40,800. Qualifications also differ by post. The Medical Officer post requires an MBBS degree, the PEM/PTI-cum-Matron post requires matriculation with a B.P.Ed or diploma in physical education, and the Nursing Assistant post requires a nursing diploma or degree or service as an ex-serviceman of the medical assistant trade. The Counsellor post requires a graduate or postgraduate qualification in psychology, child development or counselling, while the PGT (Physical Education) post requires an M.A. in physical education or an M.P.Ed with B.P.Ed or D.P.Ed.
Age limits are calculated as on 17 October 2026. Applicants for the Medical Officer, PEM/PTI-cum-Matron and Nursing Assistant posts must be aged 18 to 50 years, while applicants for the Counsellor and PGT (Physical Education) posts must be aged 21 to 50 years, subject to the usual relaxations for reserved categories. The application fee is Rs 500 for general, OBC and EWS candidates, payable by demand draft in favour of the Principal, Sainik School Rewari, payable at Rewari; SC and ST candidates are exempt from the fee.
