The remaining vacancies are spread across other Intermediate-level posts in Uttar Pradesh government departments, taking the total to 11 posts. The notification says the number of vacancies can increase or decrease later according to the departments’ requirements, so candidates should read the detailed advertisement on upsssc.gov.in for the post-wise and category-wise break-up before applying.
The basic qualification for these posts is Intermediate (Class 12) pass, and every applicant must hold a valid PET-2025 scorecard. Shortlisting for the Main Examination is done on the basis of the candidate’s normalised PET-2025 score, and candidates with a zero or negative absolute or normalised score are not called for the Main Examination. The age limit is 18 to 40 years, and some posts also require a CCC certificate or experience as given in the detailed advertisement. Candidates must hold the required qualification and certificates on 1 December 2026, the last date of application.
To apply, candidates should open upsssc.gov.in from 10 November 2026, go to the Live Advertisement section, and open Advertisement Number 26-Exam/2026. They will log in with their PET-2025 registration number and the one-time password sent to the mobile number or email given for PET-2025, so candidates should check that the same mobile number and email still work before the form opens.
