The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has declared the result of the skill test for the Programmer post in the Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation (DSCSC). The board issued Notice Number 1671 on 3 November 2026, releasing the skill test result and provisionally shortlisting candidates for e-dossier submission. The recruitment is for the Programmer post under Post Code 63/24, and the shortlisted candidates must upload their documents through their individual OARS accounts between 4 and 18 November 2026.

This recruitment covers 5 Programmer posts — 4 in the Unreserved category and 1 in the Other Backward Classes category — advertised under Advertisement Number 05/24. The online One Tier examination was conducted on 6 November 2025, and the skill test was held on 25 July 2026. Of the 113 candidates shortlisted earlier for the skill test, 67 were provisionally declared qualified after the test. From among them, the board has now provisionally shortlisted 22 candidates for e-dossier submission: 12 in the Unreserved category, 5 in the Other Backward Classes category and 5 in the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Category (b).

The notice also records the e-dossier cut-off marks out of 200: 154.52 for the Unreserved category, 149.50 for the Other Backward Classes category and 84.42 for the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Category (b). The skill test carried a typing benchmark of 27 words per minute in 10 minutes, with Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Category (b) candidates allowed 15 minutes. Candidates should note that shortlisting for e-dossier does not mean final selection — the shortlist remains subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions and the outcome of any pending court cases.

Shortlisted candidates must upload their educational certificates, professional certificates, experience certificates, degree and marksheet, caste certificate, government servant or ex-servicemen documents and admit card, as applicable, through the e-dossier module in their individual OARS accounts. The e-dossier link remains active from 4 November 2026 to 18 November 2026, and candidates who do not upload their documents within this period will have their candidature rejected.
