The recruitment is being held under Advertisements 78 to 83/Estb.-2/Rectt./Dr.RMLIMS/2026, issued on August 25, 2026. Applications opened on October 19, 2026, on the institute’s official website, drrmlims.ac.in, and will close on November 20, 2026, at midnight. The autonomous Uttar Pradesh government institute is filling Group B, Group C and Group D posts through direct recruitment.

The largest openings are Hospital Attendant Grade-II, with 32 posts, and Stenographer, with 30 posts. The remaining vacancies are Receptionist with 8 posts, Programmer with 2 posts, and one post each for Medical Physicist and Radiation Safety Officer. Reservation is provided within these totals, including horizontal reservation for persons with benchmark disabilities in the Receptionist, Stenographer and Hospital Attendant posts.

Eligibility varies by post. Hospital Attendant Grade-II requires a Class 10 pass, with experience in a civil or military hospital, nursing home or with a medical practitioner desirable. Stenographer requires a graduate degree with over 55 per cent marks, stenography speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi and English, typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and 35 in Hindi, and knowledge of computer applications. Receptionist requires a degree plus a postgraduate diploma in journalism or public relations. The age limit is 18 to 40 years as on the last date of application, with relaxation for reserved categories as per Uttar Pradesh government rules. Candidates from other states are eligible only against unreserved vacancies. The application fee is Rs 1,180 for unreserved, OBC and EWS candidates and Rs 708 for SC and ST candidates, while persons with disabilities are exempt. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and fee for each post.

Selection will be through a two-stage computer-based test conducted bilingually in Hindi and English. The screening test is qualifying in nature and shortlists candidates for the main test, on which final merit will be based. Both tests carry 100 marks with negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer. A skill test in stenography and typing will follow for the Stenographer post. Candidates are advised to read the detailed notification on drrmlims.ac.in carefully and complete the form well before the closing date.
